Pune Comic Con: Dates, Venue & Cosplay Guide
2 events matching right now across Pune — mostly spiritual (1), business (1).
Dates and the venue for Pune Comic Con 2027 had not been announced when we checked in mid-October 2026. The last two editions were both held in March, on 8 and 9 March 2025 and on 21 and 22 March 2026, and the 2026 dates were announced at the end of December 2025, so an announcement around the turn of the year is a reasonable expectation rather than a promise. The 2026 edition took place at Yash Lawns on Bibwewadi Road, presented by Maruti Suzuki Arena and powered by Crunchyroll, with tickets sold through the District app. Comic Con India, the organiser, runs conventions in several cities, and the Pune show follows the same format: comic-book publishers and artists' stalls, anime and gaming zones, panel sessions, merchandise, stand-up and music acts on the main stage, and cosplay contests. Creators announced for 2026 included Savio Mascarenhas of Amar Chitra Katha and Faisal Mohammed of the comic strip Garbage Bin. Until 2027 details are confirmed, this page lists other pop-culture events in Pune, including anime screenings, cosplay meet-ups, gaming tournaments and quiz nights.

Good to know
- Buy tickets only through the official ticketing partner named by Comic Con India; day tickets and weekend passes are sold separately.
- Cosplayers should read the prop rules. Metal props and realistic weapon replicas are usually not allowed.
- The 2026 venue was largely open-air and March afternoons in Pune are hot. Carry water, a cap and sunscreen.
- Arrive at opening time for exclusive merchandise, which sells out on the first morning.
- Carry cash as well as UPI for artist-alley purchases, as mobile networks slow down in the crowd.
