The Agriculture College Ground at Sinchan Nagar is an open ground on the College of Agriculture campus in Shivajinagar, and the home of Bhimthadi Jatra, Pune's annual fair of rural Maharashtra. Go on a weekday morning if you can. Evenings and the Christmas holiday are shoulder-to-shoulder. Carry cloth bags and some cash; many small producers prefer it, though UPI is widely accepted. Eat at the fair: the regional food stalls are a large part of the draw.
