About Phoenix Marketcity Pune
Phoenix Marketcity in Viman Nagar is one of Pune's largest malls and among the biggest in India, developed by Phoenix Mills and opened in June 2011 with about 1.19 million square feet of leasable space and more than 350 stores. It is also a working concert venue. Liberty Square, its open-air courtyard, stages ticketed shows by touring bands and Bollywood composers: in 2026 its listings included Sanam on 21 March, Salim–Sulaiman's Chak De India tour on 29 March and Akhil Sachdeva on 3 October. Inside, the atria host flea markets, pet carnivals, festive installations and children's activities, and there is a multiplex, a large food court and a restaurant row. Ramwadi, the Aqua Line's eastern terminus, is the nearest metro station, and Pune Airport is a few minutes away.
