Mahalaxmi Lawns in Karve Nagar is Pune's busiest open-air concert ground, a large riverside lawn that works as a wedding venue for much of the year and a festival site when a promoter books it. Take the Aqua Line to SNDT College or Paud Phata and an auto from there, and expect a wait for cabs after the show. It is an open lawn, so wear closed shoes and carry a light layer in winter. Monsoon shows can get muddy.
